The server accepts up to 100 pages per move (agent and Admin MCP); only the sidebar option stops at 20. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Move to site now runs on the server and moves at most 20 pages per action. The editor refuses larger folders before the confirm dialog appears. This PR adds that limit to the "Move a page to your site" section.

The same release also moves comment threads with a page and keeps its URL. Comment moving depends on a backend change that isn't confirmed as deployed, so this PR leaves it out.
