fix(site): pin baseURL, add Gravatar favicon - #3

The workflow took baseURL from the Pages action, so the deploy that ran before the custom domain was set baked minhtt159.github.io into every absolute link and canonical. hugo.toml already says https://hnimn.art/; use it and drop the dependency. Favicon set (16, 32, 180) generated from Minh's Gravatar, self-hosted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
