Summary

Bootstraps the blog: Hugo 0.166 + PaperMod (pinned submodule), GitHub Actions deploy to Pages on merge to main, CNAME for hnimn.art, About page from the resume fact base, and the pilot post as draft: true.

Pages source was switched from the legacy Jekyll branch build to workflow, so merging this PR is what publishes the site.

What is in here

  • hugo.toml: PaperMod, auto dark mode, Posts / Tags / About menu, inline-HTML enabled for SVG diagrams, RSS + JSON outputs
  • .github/workflows/hugo.yml: builds on PR (no deploy), builds + deploys on push to main
  • content/about.md: employer kept generic on purpose
  • content/posts/slo-what-does-not-count.md: pilot post, draft: true. Work material genericised (no customer, system, or supplier names); figures rounded from resume/docs/facts.md TF-21 and the two generator docstrings. Two cold-read passes applied.

Verified

  • hugo --minify -D builds clean (only PaperMod's own deprecation warnings)
  • Rendered locally: home, post, About, RSS, 404; inline SVG follows both the OS scheme and PaperMod's toggle
  • Disclosure grep and non-ASCII grep over content/ return nothing

After merge (manual, Cloudflare)

  1. Remove the hnimn.art -> Instagram redirect rule.
  2. Apex A records to 185.199.108.153, .109.153, .110.153, .111.153; www CNAME -> minhtt159.github.io.
  3. DNS-only first so GitHub issues the certificate, then "Enforce HTTPS" in repo Pages settings; if proxying afterwards, SSL mode Full, never Flexible.
  4. Verify the domain under account Settings -> Pages -> Verified domains.
  5. If DNSControl pushes this zone from CI, mirror the records there or the next push removes them.

The post stays draft: true until you flip it.

Hugo 0.166 + PaperMod (submodule, pinned), GitHub Actions workflow
building to Pages on merge to main, CNAME for hnimn.art, About page
from the resume fact base. Pages source switched from legacy Jekyll
build to workflow so the action owns the deploy.

… count'

Pilot post, draft: true. Request-based SLI and its three exclusions,
the empty-set bug, the dead-service blind spot, the time-based board
with a wall-clock denominator, and the same bug one level up. Employer
material genericised per the disclosure rule; figures rounded from the
verified fact base. Two cold-read passes applied.

Map Catppuccin onto PaperMod variables following the upstream style
guide (base page, mantle panes, surface0 elements, text/subtext0 copy,
blue links, 15% tints). Chroma styles generated for both flavours.
Inline SVGs carry no colour: svg.dg classes in theme.css supply it, so
one file owns every hex in the repo. CLAUDE.md records the content,
diagram and image rules.

Body keeps PaperMod's system stack. Code and SVG mono text use
--font-mono, which prefers a reader's installed programmer font and
falls back to the platform mono. No third-party font requests; the
CLAUDE.md font rule says how to self-host one if a post ever needs it.

JetBrains Mono v2.304 regular and bold woff2 under static/fonts with
the OFL licence alongside. @font-face uses local() first and
font-display swap; --font-mono leads with it. Same-origin, no
third-party font requests.
