This PR adds the missing shell activation and deactivation commands the TCSH
Currently it attempts to
source venv/bin/activate, which will give you an error message sayingBadly placed ()'s.With this commit, it changes to to
source venv/bin/activate.csh, as TCSH is an extension of CSH
