Added a DocConverter that handles Microsoft Word 97-2003 binary (.doc) files by using a system tool to extract content: - textutil on macOS (built-in) - libreoffice on Linux (common) - antiword on Linux (lightweight) The converter produces HTML from the .doc file via the system tool, then passes it through the existing HtmlConverter to produce Markdown. Added optional dependency group [doc] in pyproject.toml (empty since the converter uses system tools rather than Python packages). Added test fixture and test vector for .doc conversion.
