In #966 the theory arose that reverting from mimalloc to the system allocator might have increased the chances for "runtime error R6016 - not enough space for thread data". To test that theory, let's build a version of Microsoft Git that uses mimalloc again. This reverts commit 37bff80, reversing changes made to 97d6f5b.
