Add the Tailwind v4 PostCSS package

With this dependency upgrade, every Vite production build that processes index.css fails because postcss.config.js still loads tailwindcss directly, while Tailwind v4 moved its PostCSS plugin to the separate @tailwindcss/postcss package; that package is absent from both the manifest and lockfile. Add the v4 PostCSS dependency and update the PostCSS configuration (along with the required v4 CSS/config migration), or retain Tailwind v3, so the required client build remains clean.
