Most iOS E2E failures come from an XCUITest hang (XCTPerformOnMainRunLoop work timed out) right after typing, in Confirmation, Badge and Gallery_Text_Filter.

  • Simplify the simulator keyboard (no slide-to-type intro, prediction, autocorrect) and hide the keyboard on iOS after typing in those flows.
  • Kill Maestro ~10s after a fatal main-thread exception instead of idling until the 480s watchdog. Backstop lowered to 300s.

- Configure the simulator keyboard (no slide-to-type intro, prediction,
autocorrect) and hide the keyboard on iOS after typing in Confirmation,
Badge and Gallery_Text_Filter, where every XCUITest viewHierarchy hang
  occurred.
- Kill Maestro ~10s after it prints a fatal main-thread exception instead
of waiting for the watchdog; lower the watchdog backstop from 480s to 300s.
