Fix the genuine first staging CI failure 39398622035/attempt 1 at c8: omitted explicit hashes incorrectly defaulted to ambient CI pins, then dereferenced undefined NATIVE_SDK_SHA256. Minimal fix protectedHashes(hashes ?? {}); original negative fixture and CLI environment reader preserved. Parent manually reviewed all six R7 files. Source-qualified head d2b4113, tree 1a8fdffdc475d52eb7b207103403afd9a7acf155. 277 focused tests and full CI-like/normal checks: 664 PASS, 7 existing optional skips, both typechecks/actionlint. Already-in-flight transport evidence delta retained, no further hardening. Frozen SDK/UI/protocol/RAW trust pins and a433 helper unchanged. Actual prior 86-file local compilation belongs to 472f97d, NOT c8/d2/the future merge. No new local app/Functions/SDK build or producers. Stage only; production not authorized.
