Release platform 0.24.0 over the published OpenKal 0.24, musl 0.28, runtime 0.19 and image 0.5 dependency group. This carries the observable-unit ABI through the image and hosted arrangements.

The image producer retains debug relocations, then uses the selected LLVM toolchain's objcopy to prune ordinary static relocations before note, placement and admission. The dynamic four-step seal replaces the declarative bootstrap sequence. Source information follows the selected profile, including custom profiles. The platform supplies a named debuggee runner for okrun --debugger, while preserving the ordinary runner. The new tool path retains UTF-8 bytes on Windows.

Local validation uses public mcpp 2026.11.5.1 and the public source dependency group from index 92af286. The focused real C producer passes dev, custom inspect and release: exact seal order and selected-toolchain identity, retained debug relocations, release without DWARF, and successful ordinary/debuggee execution. CLion 2026.1.5.2's bundled GDB and LLDB on Linux x86-64 both stop in source, read 40, step to 42, continue and exit normally. Native debugger frontends on other hosts and external debug sidecars are outside this qualification.

The focused producer check runs on all four existing native CI hosts alongside the complete image, packing, hosted and build-program checks. Final exact-head CI and independent review remain required before merge. IDE integration is tracked separately.
