Prepare platform 0.23.7 with musl 0.27.6 and LLVM runtime 0.18.7 in both image and hosted layers and in the exact family version group. The C library removes the redundant property preflight before optional resolved-name operations; fallback, errors and bounds remain intact. The platform's TLS, ThinLTO, loader, backend and hardening contracts are retained.
Both dependency producers passed all ten exact-head checks, were reviewed and released, and have byte-identical GitHub/GitCode source archives. The matching index batch is mcpplibs/mcpp-index#710. The complete four-host platform CI, including native/image TLS and cross-architecture LTO controls, must pass against the publicly installable group before this draft is merged or released.
This manifest update does not establish that the rebuilt clangd cold CPU workload passes its unchanged 1.15 gate. Engine and server qualification continue in their existing PRs.
