Platform 0.23.4 selects image tools and loader 0.4.4, musl 0.27.4 and LLVM runtime 0.18.5 for both image and hosted arrangements. The loader preserves earlier read-only mappings when a later mapping request is declined. Kernel backend versions and the compilation/linking conventions are unchanged.
The lower packages passed their full producer matrices before publication. Both source mirrors and the public index entries are verified before this PR is started. The workflow uses published mcpp 2026.11.3.1 without a source override; all platform checks remain required before merge and publication.
Consumers select this platform explicitly. Existing immutable mcpp 2026.11.3.1 and IDE 0.2.0 releases retain their published platform selection.

45414755cc65755ca05fb5f21f8862151cad484eb6f6b6ad52ae7a3fcf6e6eb0. Source-index PR #702 passed all 20 checks (15 success, 5 conditional skips) and merged ased1348cc6cd9959e026138ca28d3171e3b984446. Publisher 41713458419 succeeded; both public index archives have verified SHA256eaf45f962593a12a2e3783e3c761ad54c1a1cc97fb4f7ba82c4414d64949de83(664,489 bytes), including all three runtime 0.18.5 entries.
