Adds openkal-musl 0.27.3 and moves its Linux smoke member to the release. The Linux dependency is openkal-linux 0.24.1 and the image loader is openkal-ld 0.4.3, both already released, mirrored and indexed. The C library implementation is unchanged.
GitHub and GitCode source archives both have SHA256

Source PR mcpplibs/openkal-musl#79 passes all ten CI jobs, including the unchanged symbol gate examining 1,332 own C objects, and the same images on four hosts.Local identity, mirror URL, duplicate-version and xpkg parser checks pass. A real
mcpp test -p openkal-musl --toolchain llvm@23.1.3resolves the new entry and passes its smoke program, including descriptor lifetime, a sized thread stack and mapped-region checks. All applicable PR checks remain required before merge.Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (security review). Published older entries remain unchanged.
