Adds openkal-ld, openkal-run, openkal-tools and openkal-bind 0.4.3 together, and moves both image smoke members to the release. The native Linux runner uses the already indexed openkal-linux 0.24.1, which requires Landlock ABI 3 before claiming read-only confinement and uses atomic accesses for its ABI probe cache.
All twelve host entries describe the same source archive. GitHub and GitCode downloads have SHA256
7b6100c9296b4aca1d07df178552307592327bee5912ae036726b6aa3afcf302(183,327 bytes). The archive's four manifests all report 0.4.3 and the Linux runner dependency is exactly 0.24.1. Source PR mcpplibs/openkal-image#24 passed all five CI jobs, including execution of the same images on four hosts.Local identity, mirror URL, duplicate-version and xpkg parser checks pass for all four descriptors. Real
mcpp test -p openkal-tools -p openkal-bindpasses both members against these entries: all three tools are built, and the bound image plus callback each return 42. All applicable PR checks remain required before merge.Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (security review). Published 0.4.2 entries remain unchanged. Standalone binary archives are built separately after the corrected platform group is available.
