Bump dsh to 0.2.1-alpha.1-r1 - #106

Chart templates and default values are unchanged between image-v0.1.5-rc.2-r1 and image-v0.2.1-alpha.1-r1 (only Chart.yaml versions and the default image), so existing overrides carry over.
