I removed storybooks for now because it had security issues and it had too many dependencies. Also it was incomplete, but it was a nice overview.

Also moved char counter to textfields and waves to ripple. Fixed tests
of scrollspy and prepared docked and modal display plugin for removal.

We should release this as 2.4.X, because there were many changes, and it will break some things. I removed many old stuff, to keep it maintainable and clean. Also the test are waaaaaay faster now, so we can move a lot faster from now on 💪 also typescript slows development down, due to packing and transpiling... we should transition back to to good ol JS!
I am happy to count on you guy! Have fun!!!! ❤️

Also removed the plugin files. This has to be done the other way around.
The datepicker and timepicker can be placed inside a modal or popup.
Otherwise the code becomes even bigger, they already are way too long!
Over 1000 lines of code. This needs to be refactored! Also use Temporal
API for calendar and time.

The Datepicker and Timepicker is a mess! I think we should start in small steps and make a seperate MiniCalendar which holds calender business logic which we can build upon from TemporalJS.
