Audit evidence, not generic refactoring advice
Create an immutable-snapshot maintainability baseline for
mainb897203fad3b9276492bd3f6220e6c86d14c59df, explicitly separating confirmed code defects from structural risk and from work not yet verified. The complete Git tree was non-truncated (1,031 tracked blobs); source/path sizes, tested contracts, owners, release safety, asset provenance and open follow-ups are grounded in actual repository files.Changes

SclSafeTrialRunnerresource lifetime defect is separately implemented in #420; other findings are a gated worklist, not untested rewrites. Asset manifest retains 12 artwork origin/rights and 49 screenshot path sanitization reviews as open. CI/release scripts require a complete consumer graph before removal; rulesets API returned none but classic branch protection wasn't independently verified. Tracks #380.No runtime, engine, asset bytes, release/tag/version, data model, Discovery, RCB/GI, static report-only authority or field evidence changed. Run exact-head CI and merged-main verification before marking this phase complete.
Restacked on verified #420 main
#420 is now merged as
3a2da5279faa7b87e355628ea84475661bf06527(client lifetime fix; exact-head 9/9 CI with 1,320 app tests). Its actual merged-main push CI 2/2 succeeded: Build ARSAS (1,320 app tests) and Smart Discovery Post-Merge Production Verification (988 engine + 1,320 app tests). The audit and handoff now record this verified result, not a pending fix. The documentary PR was reconstructed onto exactly that merged base and retains three documentation-only files. New headd8f819d646812b2eef6b46959e2bb92daf060ddb; rerun exact-head CI required before merge.
