…og (Characters) updates World Rel22_05_006: seed gameobject_template 305000..305511 for the DebugVis labeled-marker pool (PR #386), wrapped in the standard transactional update_mangos db_version bump (22/05/005 -> 22/05/006). Characters Rel22_05_002: create character_anticheat_violation detection event log (PR #387-389), bump 22/05/001 -> 22/05/002. Both use the portable, idempotent SQL from the handoff and follow the repo's existing update-file convention.
