The all-keyboards Caps implementation is now shipped. This document brings the original spike and follow-up evidence into line with the deployed worker: one recoverable lease per eligible keyboard, two-second inventory reconciliation, coverage reporting, per-keyboard exceptions, and selected-only migration for existing choices.
It also records the cl80 multi-interface readback test and the bounded stuck-F18 VM investigation. Physical unplug/replug timing and an NKRO Caps press remain unverified and are named as remaining qualification, rather than prerequisites that already passed.
Validation: documentation diff and links reviewed against the current runtime and guide;
git diff --checkpassed. GitHub CI and review are the merge gates.
