前两天升级到1.3.2版本后，在dsh里使用deepseek4.1f模型，回答正文可以正常流式输出，但思考链不会，要等到正文首字出现的时候才会一口气输出给dsh

    之前流式会导致一个思考变成n个思考目前是为了兼容这样干
