新增每夜构建（Nightly）滚动通道，并在 Nightly 版本中禁用应用内更新，避免滚动版本被稳定版覆盖。
主要改动
.github/workflows/nightly.yml，每日构建 Nightly 预发布版本并滚动更新 tag。scripts/nightly-version.mjs及其测试，基于日期生成滚动版本号。UpdaterProvider/useAppUpdater在 Nightly 版本下禁用应用内更新，并调整设置抽屉与更新横幅的展示。CONTEXT.md、README.md、README.zh-CN.md。验证
