Tests: samebytes v0.5.0; config help and every git pin at one ref - #6

test_rules.py holds MineralValueConfig's fields to a help comment (samebytes' missing_help) and every github.com/loggger101 pin to one ref. That test found two drifted pairs, both fixed: CI's hooks job on samebytes v0.2.0 against the test extra's v0.3.0, and README's live-extra install line on spacevalue v0.1.0 against v0.2.0.
