CLAUDE.md takes the pricing rules economicspace kept; README's used-in-space price says PLUS - #2

…n-space price says PLUS economicspace's CLAUDE.md still held four rules about this package's internals after the split. The ones missing here move in: _UTILITY_FAMILIES, the routed annual_market_kg and how _DEMAND_SHARE_BY_CLASS splits it (bulk classes sum to 1, trace on top), and the Earth-price-PLUS rule that in_space_price_usd_per_kg's docstring records v1.3.0 breaking. README's "How a price is made" described the used-in-space fate as the launch cost times utility, dropping the Earth price the code adds. Fixed to match in_space_price_usd_per_kg. Prose only; no number moves.

An audit of the Stage 2 split found two things.
Rules left in economicspace. economicspace's CLAUDE.md still held four rules about this package's internals, which that repo can no longer edit. The ones missing here move in:
_UTILITY_FAMILIESholds each family at one level at every destination (asserted)annual_market_kgis routed, and_DEMAND_SHARE_BY_CLASSsplits the import budget: the bulk classes sum to 1 (asserted) andtracesits on top. economicspace's copy said "sums to 1", which the assert does not say.in_space_price_usd_per_kgwarns after v1.3.0 broke itA README sentence that dropped the Earth price. "How a price is made" described the used-in-space fate as the launch cost avoided times utility, less processing. The code adds the Earth price too (
terrestrial + utility * dest["usd_per_kg"] - processing). The sentence now matches.Prose only; no number moves.
pytest tests/test_docs.py tests/test_rules.py: 11 passed.Companion: economicspace#181 replaces its four bullets with a pointer and one bullet on reading a Stage 2 row.
