Job.thread_id, UpdateThreadStatus/ThreadStatus on the worker control stream, StreamPreamble.thread_id and thread_grant (AgentHttp.AgentThreadGrant, with endpoints), and auth.AgentThreadGrant.ToProto.

A Batch answers one result per statement, in order, each Columns, ColumnBatch or ExecResult tagged with the statement's index, then one Done. The storage client loads a lane in one batch and reads each statement's rows back by it.
A run is one input to one result on any channel. run_started carries the run id, task id, answer stream id, lane and channel; run_ended carries the outcome and the reason word. A run_started with no run_ended marks an interrupted run. (cherry picked from commit 7e20e99)

Worker-to-thread affinity is left for later; v0 routes any request to any worker and the thread's state lives in agent-db.
