- The canonical URLs under akamai.com do not have trailing slashes - This PR removes trailing slashes on all relative cloud docs links inside of guides (e.g. '[/cloud/guides/]' -> '[/cloud/guides]') - A new utility script (scripts/strip_cloud_link_trailing_slash.py) is used for this task
