The Lightdash MCP docs described the admin settings page as having two switches — "Enable agents over MCP" and "Allow content changes via MCP" — but the page also has a master "Allow MCP access" switch above both, which wasn't documented.

This change adds that switch to the Lightdash MCP server page:

• The callout explaining who can write content over MCP now lists "Allow MCP access" as the organization's master switch, on by default. Turning it off blocks new MCP requests from every client in the organization, including ones already connected (though in-flight work can still finish), and it disables the other two switches on the settings page.
• The scheduled-deliveries callout and the agent-context paragraph, which each point readers to the same settings page for their own setting, now link to that fuller explanation so readers landing there also learn the master switch can turn off what they're configuring.

No other page references this setting, so this is the only page affected.
