docs(visualizations): Chart Studio no longer needs data apps turned on - #1534

Chart Studio is available on Cloud and on licensed self-hosted instances with a configured sandbox provider. APPS_RUNTIME_ENABLED only turns on data apps.

Chart Studio no longer depends on data apps being turned on (lightdash/lightdash#31307, #31308, #31331). It's available on Lightdash Cloud, and on self-hosted instances with an Enterprise license and a configured sandbox provider. Data apps stay behind
APPS_RUNTIME_ENABLED.This updates every page that still said Chart Studio needs data apps:
