Product decided that everyone should use Chart Studio and that Vega-Lite is being deprecated (Slack, Linear AE-1062). The custom charts page still called custom chart types "an enterprise feature" and pointed everyone else to Vega-Lite.
visualizations/custom-charts: Chart Studio is the preferred way to build custom charts, and the chart library is the quickest way to start from a ready-made one. Vega-Lite stays documented as a backup for one-off specs, with a pointer to Chart Studio for anything new. The Enterprise-only line is gone.
