Update dependencies with open security advisories - #36

Refresh the transitive lock entries that open Dependabot alerts name to the newest version inside each parent's range (yarn up -R), raise the webpack-dev-server floor to 5.2.6, and remove prettier-stylelint, an unused template devDependency whose stylelint 8 tree pinned old postcss, braces, browserslist, got, uuid 3 and postcss-selector-parser. No resolutions entry was needed. The console SDK, PatternFly, React, react-i18next and i18next pins are unchanged; react-router stays on 5.3.x because @openshift-console/dynamic-plugin-sdk 4.19.1 depends on it.
