Normalize Smart HTTP request URLs to their origin before credential lookup.\n\nThis prevents repository and protocol paths from causing host-scoped credentials to miss, which previously led fetch and push to fall back to an HTTP 401 prompt.\n\nNo validation command was run in this change set.
