### Changed

- Raise the `uv_build` floor in generated projects to `>=0.12.1`, matching the
bump Dependabot made to this repository, so the two do not drift.

### Added

- This repository now carries the `SECURITY.md` and CodeQL workflow it was
already generating for other projects. OpenSSF Scorecard flagged the
inconsistency.
- A test asserting the repository keeps the files and workflows it generates,
including that some job still produces the `CI` status check that branch
protection requires.
