Replaces the v1.2.0 notes with v1.3.0's, as each release does. This is the text that goes into the GitHub release when it is published.

What it leads with

  1. An ended cloud session is a card with a Sign in button, shown before the first message, where v1.2.0 printed API 401: Signature has expired.
  2. Thirty days of sign-in now run from the last use.
  3. A lapsed token is renewed in inline edit, Agent Sketch, ghost text, Compact and the session-memory summary, as it already was in the chat and the agent.
  4. Windows share one session and catch up with each other.
  5. GPT-6 Astra and Claude Fable 5 / 5.1 get their real context windows.
  6. The agent's browser preview can open for the first time.

Where the facts come from

Claim Measured how
48 suites, 854 cases; v1.2.0 was 40 and 599 every suite run at both tags, counted the way scripts/draft-release-notes.mjs counts
Per-suite case counts each suite's own last line, at the tag
200k then, 1M / 1.05M now; no images for Astra then both releases' catalog.js run over the model ids
8 hours, 30 days, rotation on renewal the backend's EditorToken and its refresh action
Fable from Pro, Astra from Pro+, the turn counts the live pricing endpoint on levelcode.ai, today
5 minutes, 10 seconds, one renewal a minute the constants at the tag

Everything is described relative to v1.2.0. States that only existed between two commits of this cycle's review rounds are left out: no user saw them.

Two things to know

  • The draft script could not be used. It refuses to run once the tag exists, and v1.3.0 was tagged first. So these notes land after the tag, as v1.2.0's did.
  • One claim is not proven on screen: the browser preview. The notes say so in the text. It is worth one look in the built app before publishing: ask the agent to start a dev server and watch for the tab.

No new settings or commands in this release, so those two sections are absent.

Replaces the v1.2.0 notes, as each release does.

Every figure is measured rather than recalled: 48 suites and 854 cases, counted
the way scripts/draft-release-notes.mjs counts them (v1.2.0 that way is 40 and
599, which is what its notes say); the per-suite counts from each suite's own
last line; the context windows by running both releases' catalog over the model
ids; the token lifetimes from the backend's EditorToken; the plan each model
starts at from the live pricing endpoint.

The draft script itself could not be used: it refuses to run once the tag
exists, and v1.3.0 was tagged first. So these notes land after the tag, as
v1.2.0's did.

Described relative to v1.2.0, not to this cycle's own review rounds — a state
that only ever existed between two commits here is not something a user saw.

One claim is flagged in the text as unproven on screen: the agent's browser
preview. The chain is tested up to the call that opens the tab.
