A version whose Community Library submission is live is now readable by anyone. Every other version stays scoped to the channel's editors, viewers and admins, so private and Kolibri Library channels are unchanged. Summary
Single PR patch release that makes Community Library page on Studio available without requiring a login. This is a short-term workaround so Community Library resources can be shared even without a Studio account (since they are not yet directly available for browsing in Kolibri when importing resources).
