Summary

treat recreate drain.wait as a maximum exit window
continue once every captured container exits or vanishes
preserve timeout, grace, inspection-failure, and cancellation behavior
update CLI plan wording, schemas, and site reference

Verification

just check
go test -race ./... (1,737 tests)
focused fixed-clock and cancellation tests (100 iterations)
