docs: publish the v2026.10.8-alpha 8-vCPU results - #7

Fanout v2026.10.8-alpha on a Hetzner ccx33, with telemetrygen on a second ccx33 over a private network, passed every evidence gate. Five minutes of sustained mixed ingest accepted 415,859 items/s: 57,037 spans, 179,134 log records and 179,688 metric points per second. This run replaces the v2026.10.7-alpha publication.
