Summary

Raw evidence for the first fully passing publish run of Fanout v2026.10.7-alpha on two Hetzner ccx33s (Fanout alone; telemetrygen on a separate ccx33):

  • three repetitions of the publish sweep, then five minutes of mixed load;
  • 422,408 mixed items/s sustained, with every gate passing;
  • report.md, report.json, samples.jsonl, fanout.log and the repair verification;
  • summary.json with derived medians and ranges, and a README describing the setup and how to reproduce it.

The Fanout docs and landing page will link here.

Test plan

  • Artifacts scanned with gitleaks; only private 10.77.x addresses; the setup token is already redacted

Raw evidence for Fanout v2026.10.7-alpha on a Hetzner ccx33, with
telemetrygen on a second ccx33: the publish preset with three
repetitions, then five minutes of mixed load. Every gate passed. Fanout
sustained 422,408 mixed items/s: 51,358 spans, 184,883 log records and
186,178 metric points per second.

The directory holds report.md, report.json, samples.jsonl, fanout.log,
the repair verification, a derived summary.json with medians and ranges,
and a README describing the setup and how to reproduce it.

Present the sustained and peak figures with Fanout and generator CPU in
the tables instead of explanatory prose.
