docs: changelog entries for CLI v2.25.0, v2.26.0, and June Platform release

Adds changelog entries for new releases since the last entry.

Changes

• CLI v2.25.0 (June 9) — service-account api-keys command group; short aliases for top-level verbs.
• CLI v2.26.0 (June 11) — list environments filtering/pagination; list flows name search; API key prompt fixes; jira attest help text.
• Platform (June 12) — sign-in with SSO, control tags, membership history audit log, short fingerprints on artifact GETs, decisions tab improvements, faster org-scoped queries, archived API key 404 fix, trail-compliance waiver leak fix.

No new tags for terraform-provider-kosli, so no entry added there.

• Style — entries are concise, use active voice, and follow the existing changelog tone.
