Classification: Release note only, public docs surface. Adds a staging release-notes page for the release following 4.28 covering the automation test step naming change in Test Run Camera Roll. Version number and date in the page are intentional placeholders: the source ticket was awaiting deployment, so no release artifact was confirmed. The page is deliberately not listed in nav.adoc. Three items were held out of the published prose for docs review and are recorded as comments in the page: 1. Unsupported automation step rendering was not covered by automated verification. 2.
