Generalizes the credential-refresh guidance in the aws-transform continuous-modernization steering docs.
The docs previously named a specific credential-refresh command in the error/troubleshooting guidance. This replaces it with generic "refresh your AWS credentials" wording so the instructions apply to all customers regardless of how they manage AWS credentials.
