Claimed gRPC advisory remains unfixed

This change upgrades github.com/klauspost/compress and leaves google.golang.org/grpc at v1.82.2. GHSA-qc2q-p7wx-3px3 is a gRPC-Go xDS RBAC bypass fixed in v1.83.1, so the claimed remediation does not apply.

Addresses GHSA-259r-337f-4rfw by bumping the indirect dependency
github.com/klauspost/compressfrom v1.18.1 to v1.18.7 ingo.mod. That library sits on the image push/pull path viagithub.com/google/go-containerregistry(still v0.20.7 in this diff).go.sumis expanded and reconciled with new checksum lines for transitive modules (Docker/container tooling, OpenTelemetry/GCP, gRPC/envoy-related packages, etc.) so the module graph matches the updated resolution.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit a7bb66f.
