Remove rofimoji now that smile is the emoji launcher

rofimoji is no longer used since the emoji workflow was migrated to smile. This removes all remaining traces.

Changes

• private_dot_config/sway/config — Drop the commented-out rofimoji keybinding; $mod+period already points to flatpak run it.mijorus.smile
• dot_bootstrap/roles/dev_tools/tasks/uv-tools.yml — Remove the two Ansible tasks that checked for and installed rofimoji via uv tool install
