Remove the hardcoded major-version anchor in update.py so the image set is driven entirely by endoflife.date (non-EOL releases still within the recency window). This adds 9.0 (and now also builds 6.1/7.1) and lets future releases such as v10 be picked up with no code change. The "latest" tag now deterministically tracks the newest version.
