Add Markdown output to dispatch views #434

dispatch views prints plain text. Add a --markdown flag so the view listing can be shared as Markdown.

Acceptance criteria:

• dispatch views --markdown renders the listing as Markdown.
• README and man page document the flag.
• Tests cover the Markdown output.
