removed build script since that's mostly only applicable with the current polybench drivers and isn't a general build script to use the compiler for normal workloads. |

This PR updates the run_tests.sh script and fills in the missing polybench drivers. This also updates the polybench mlir files for consistency with the drivers, fixes some bugs and reduces some matrix sizes so they don't crash when trying to test them.
