HomeGlow's widgets now share one header: an icon in the accent, the title,
then the actions at the right end, with one labeled main action. Polls draws
the same row with the .hg-widget-header classes from /index.css.

  • Header: a bar-chart icon, "Family poll", and "Create poll" as the main
action, where the emoji title and a separate gradient button were.
  • "Voting as Ram · Switch" is a line of text, not a bordered banner.
  • Buttons are sentence case. The main one follows the theme's heading
    transform, like HomeGlow's own.
  • The list heading reads "Open polls", since the header already says
    "Family poll".
  • Copies of the header rules sit at no specificity (:where), so a dashboard
older than the classes still draws the row, and a newer one's rules win.
  • A display that hides "Create, edit, close, or delete polls" loses the
header's Create poll as well as the form.

Uses the header classes from jherforth/HomeGlow#348. Without them it still draws the row from its own fallbacks.
