fix(accessibility): follow five moved citation URLs - #286

Conversation
Equalize Digital moved its issue guides out of /documentation/, and Chrome for Developers moved the hidden=until-found article under /docs/css-ui/. Both old paths still 301, so nothing is broken yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What changed
Five citation URLs on accessibility pages now point at their current locations. Each old URL still answers with a 301, so nothing is broken for readers yet.

Today's rotating citation check covered the accessibility category (106 distinct URLs). These five were the only redirects, and none of the 106 failed. Following a redirect now is cheaper than replacing a dead link later. The other Equalize Digital issue guides this spec cites already use the path without
/documentation/. The/documentation/index cited byaccessibility-overlaysandabout.astrostill returns 200 directly, so it stays as is.Sources
I fetched each new URL. All return 200, and their titles match the topic each citation covers. The Chrome article still covers
hidden=until-foundand thebeforematchevent.Status and changelog
No status or body changes, and no
updatedbump. No changelog entry, since this is a citation fix.npm run buildpasses.Equalize Digital returns a 403 to some non-browser user agents, so link checkers may report these URLs as blocked. That applies to the old paths too.
