add(agent-readiness): a page on Universal Commerce Protocol business profiles - #283

…profiles /.well-known/ucp was provisionally registered with IANA on 2026-10-26 and is already served by Shopify storefronts. The page is optional (it only applies to sites that sell) and names the misconception that the profile is a product-discovery signal rather than a checkout capability manifest.
