Ported from the development tree, which is retired as of this release: the code diff is brand-neutral, so only the file paths moved, and the two files that do carry the name (the manifest and strings.xml) were merged by hand. - The windows list, with the full-screen app first, tap-to-raise, and the minimize-then-park fallback; `op=tasks` and `op=taskfocus` drive it from a script - The CONTROLS panel behind the pad's new gear dot: the keys layout choice (full keyboard or favorite shortcuts), on/off switches for the two optional dots, and links to the keys guide and the issue tracker - The pad's split-divider buttons are gone, replaced by `op=split up|down` - Edge scrolling moves half as far (33.6 units for a 100px swipe, was 64) - README: a Floating windows section, the new controls inventory, and the keys-mode switch; AGENTS.md: the branch and release model, since the publishing section described a workflow that no longer exists - RELEASING.md, so the runbook lives with the code - versionName 0.4.0, versionCode 3, and the changelog entry

Getting back to a window that is hidden behind other windows. Floating windows had no way to
reach each other — the one at the back is simply covered, and nothing on screen names it. A new
dot opens a list of the windows on the display: the full-screen app first, then every floating
window, front-most first. Tap a row to bring it forward, or tap the full-screen row to minimize
what is in the way.
