Local Jekyll previews produced a root _site directory that appeared as a large untracked change and obscured intentional repository work. Ignore only the root preview output while retaining the tracked documentation sources and the existing docs/_site build rule. If site builds move to another destination, update this narrow rule alongside the build configuration instead of ignoring broader paths.
The relationship between evidence-carrying handoffs, linguistic realization, and agent-native program representations was not documented in a single evidence-bounded thesis, leaving the project's emerging research direction implicit. Publish the canonical engineering essay and a channel-specific distribution kit for LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Hacker News, Reddit, and GitHub Discussions. The essay separates implemented protocol mechanics, architectural inference, and untested efficacy hypotheses. A future empirical release should replace the proposed semantic-editing comparison with preregistered methods and results only after the experiment is designed, frozen, and executed.

Summary
Scientific boundary
The essay distinguishes implemented protocol mechanics from architectural inference and an untested semantic-editing hypothesis. It makes no claim that structured handoffs or semantic IRs improve recovery, token use, or Pass@1.
