Documents the Section B implementation (Common #256, released as v1.154.0) in the canonical ADR library.

New: ADR-088 (gateway edge responsibilities; B1d recorded as deliberately deferred), ADR-089 (gateway topology owned by configuration; amends ADR-008).
Revised: 008, 015, 017, 026, 035, 041, 077. Index updated to 001-089. platform-facts.js counters moved to 89 ADRs / 104 fitness tests (v1.154.0 tag exists, satisfying the sweep-time rule).

Docs regenerated, diff-stable on a second build, no dead cross-links; prose rules verified.

Merging publishes the live site: hold for explicit go.

- ADR-088 gateway edge responsibilities (correlation ensure, anonymous
per-IP limiting + concurrency cap, downstream readiness; JWT pre-validation
deferred with trigger; double validation on both construction paths).
- ADR-089 gateway topology owned by configuration (ReverseProxy config as
the single route source; RouteMapTests as the drift gate; amends ADR-008).
- Revisions: 015 (proto + idempotency rule families, counts 104/36/96),
  017, 026 (cross-service eviction), 035 (ETag/If-Match), 041 (meter
inventory corrected: seven meters), 077 (scope note); README to 001-089.
- platform-facts.js: 89 ADRs / 104 fitness tests.
